Just bought a pro kart for some fun with my son at our local track
Took it out this weekend for the first time all was fine then a chain come off not broken
After getting the chain back on and adjusted the tension I noticed that every full turn of the wheel both chains go tight then slack

Googled about and found some possible causes chain/sprockets/carriers and axel

Any help would be great or experience what this could be
