Vortex Rok VLR is a modern air cooled 100cc. engine with clutch and on board starter.

Together with its rival the similar IAME KA 100 they seem to be going strong in North America, Australia and no doubt elsewhere with good reports.

No presence in UK to my knowledge and probably not likely as 'too many classes' already.

Plenty of discussion at www.kartpulse.com.
