You would need the loom, battery box with switch and starter solenoid, ecu, powervalve, coil, solenoid valve, bits of tubing and valves. Basically everything apart from the engine and the exhaust.
It will be more consistent from lap one but not necessarily a faster lap time compared to a well set up Prevo powervalve. It is likely to be better in a race in terms of driveability.
The evo carb is the best item to change, again possibly no faster but much more drivable which might help you in a race.
