You shouldn't have a problem with the angle of the mounting lugs but you should turn the disc around to keep the heat disipation the same.

The heat should 'exit' the disc not be forced into it.

You will still have the run out problem bit that's the fault of the carrier design.

You can correct it with some persuasion from a mallet but don't go mad with it.

Tryt to avoid coming into the pits and keeping your foot on the brake as it localises the heatdump.

Sometimes just releasing the six bolts can return the disc to its proper position and you may hear it'click' as you release them.
