Couple of things, have you had a really close look at the main brass jet under an eyeglass, the slightest speck of dirt will stop it running under load, also do you have a breather on the tank ? if it has a bottle on it make sure air can get in, might be after running for a while a vacuum is forming in the tank causing fuel starvation, other than that change the pump.
