Alan knows more about these things than I do, but a couple of ideas for you;

Technique - If you are flooring the throttle out of slow corners and/or at the standing start,you are flooding the engine. The rotax engine responds better to a gradual throttle input.

Power valve - If you have this set to open too early in the rev range this will also cause the issues you are experiencing.
