Hi all

I have a question about the two types of bt82 engines out there.

Is a cnc engine supposed to be faster than non cnc? I understand the consistency across newer engines will be better but are they quicker?

I am looking at getting a cnc motor to race with but is the extra £ price tag actually worth more speed? Does everyone in Msa club or national racing use a cnc motor and the non cnc kept for clubman or practice?

This isn't a debate about spending money on more practice etc, I just would like to know the difference between engine types as would rather buy the right engine first.

Thanks
