Basically, in cadet, you only have 6-7hp, so if the tyre gets too hot or grippy it will stick to the track more which is great when cornering. But with so little power on corner exit that grip is still sticking the kart and tyres to the floor and you only have your 6-7hp to overcome that tyre stickiness so now all that lovely mid corner grip is now holding your puny little engine back!(not releasing)
