Set throtle stop scew so that you can see small opening of butterfly disc.
Wind both jets in.
Wind out low jet (nearest the engine)1.1/4 turns out.
Wind out High jet ( tee bar) 1.1/2 turns

Start engine and when warm should be 2500RPM ,wind in low jet upto 1/8 to increase idle speed or open up throttle stop screw to increase idle speed.
This assumes you have carb/manifold gaskets,reed block gaskets ( pulse holes) fitted correctly and carb wotking correctly.
