Although a long way from any personal level of involvement, l have read the piece in the news section regarding regs for the MSA British championships and note that the Vortex from a single UK source is the only eligible engine. I was under the impression that at least 6 manufacturers had built ok engines, heralding a return to multi make competition as in the old days and a break from the monopoly position of 'commercial' classes. Is this just a UK . MSA decision and if so, why? or is ok worldwide restricted to a single engine supplier?
