I tested ride height in 2010 at Warden Law (which is way more techincal than 3 sisters) and it made bugger all difference.

In theory low should be better in the dry while high in the wet but to determine if this remains correct is to test it for yourself.

The seat position should not change and engine position will be a factor of chain length. The seat position is pretty critical and should be a constant.
