If it's the standard KC manual adjustment caliper, you adjust the distance between the two halves by slackening off the two nuts (15mm from memory, may be 17), noting you may need to use an allen key at the opposite side to stop it spinning, and then putting a small drill bit or rod into the holes in the ends of the two adjustment bolts (probably has a more technical name) and turning it clockwise.

You usually need to reposition the disc slightly to get everything centralised.

Have a look on the Kart Components website and if it is the manual adjustment caliper, ring them and they will explain it much better than me!
