Stevetony if you go on the JAG engineering website, you can download a full workshop manual for the Rotaxmax. all the info. you could ever want is in there.
Clicks on the PV, standard setting is 13 to 14 clicks out from closed. Usually somewhere between 10 to 14 works OK. It depends on the engine and conditions. Some engines if you dyno them it could tell you to have the PV only 4 clicks out!
Best to set up on track. If the PV comes in too late wind the knob out, too early wind it in.
On the bottles make sure none of them have a cap on or if they do poke a small hole in the cap to vent to atmosphere.
