You won`t line them up by sight !
Bodywork on the kart give a bad impression on front wheel tracking.
It was probably ok to start with,
If you have no lasers, get a tape measure, use the depth holes on the front tyres,
With the steering wheel in the straight ahead position, measure from the inner depth holes across the front of kart as they point forward, now rotate back 180 degs, measure at the back position and see what the diff is, I would allow 1mm toe out for dry, 3mm toe out for wet.(total)
