The young driver should be affected by the actions of overly aggressive parents at the track. If they can continue driving with no detrimental effect on their championship aspirations there is no deterrent for the parent to stop acting like a moron. If the PG license was deemed the only way to go, the MSA should give it away free with kid's license application. As it stands, it's just another revenue generator and a tax on responsible parents.
