The visor is there to keep things out of your eyes. Drilling holes in it can let things IN. Are you sure you want to drill holes in the thing which protects you eyes?

Anti Fogging works. Trying to breath out through your nose rather than mouth also seems to help.

Does your helmet have any vent holes on the top/sides. Are there any adjustments/settings to the flow from these? Make sure there are fully open.
