If you take the cap off the conrod and have a look at the surface if it is marked you might want to change it.

This option is the most cautious and, as I said, would be my choice but it is not as if you ran the engine under any load and there was still oil with the fuel in the crankcase so draining it out and replacing with fresh oil might be all you need. If you go this way when you fire the engine if there is any damage you will hear it.
