Two possible approaches to this. One is to remove the clutch completely and hopefully find a direct drive sprocket which fits your crank. Tal-ko make a special sprocket to convert the Horstmann clutch version of the TKM BT 82 to direct drive, which might fit your engine. The other way would be to 'lock up' the existing clutch. Without the bits in front of me I can't give detail but a bit of ingenuity should 'do the trick'. Imo a clutched air cooled jica with off board starter is just about the perfect kart engine setup.
