Our M0 carbs are head and shoulders better than the rest. We. Have about 10 820s and while they are good they just not quite as good. As the M0s are quite old they don't have the brass seats and don't like the needles that come in the carb repair kits. As a consequence they do bleed air on the gauge but that is not a problem when on track. Think how many times a second your carb is popping off at 15000 rpm so a bit of bleed will not be an issue.
