I think it all depends on whether the crankshaft is a long or short version.

If it is a clutched motor that was converted to DD, then it is an easy conversion backwards.

If it has the short crankshaft then you need to have a longer crank half.

If the motor is very old, I think there is a little machining to do on the crankcase.
