I agree with andrew your gearing is to low. add 2 or 3 teeth I'm sure it will help. Most weekends I always run 1 or 2 teeth more than our normal gearing for the first session of the day. Just to help the driver early on when the grip may be low and gradually drop the teeth whilst watching both lap times and mychron data. To judge if it is the right time to drop
