When the kart is on the floor with tyres pumped up how can you tell if you have a twisted chassis?

I have been told that if you turn the wheel on full lock one way,the opposite wheel should lift off the floor.

Is there any truth in this as mine do not on turning the wheel both left and right. The front bumper lifts off the floor on the opposite side but not the wheel.

Any help is appreciated
