Which track-rod holes are you using on the steering column? You need to use the ones closest to the column shaft to keep the steering light. It also helps if you keep weight towards the rear of the kart, and widen the front track a little (but check lap times when you try it, it can feel better but be a bit slower). In grippy conditions, lowering the front end seems to help lighten the steering too.

I was told these were a really easy kart to get a nice "light to drive" setup with, but found I needed to do quite a lot of experimentation with my one to stop it feeling heavy to steer. Shortening the back axle also seems to help, but I'm still playing with that. If it's the 50mm axle version there's a 1.0m axle available which some seem to like.
