Good to hear (in a twisted way)it's not just us with 'life problems' clashing with our love of karting!!!
We have considered the odd OEKC round or something like that. Club 100 looks good. But both are towards the south - we are in the North so not so good for us. There is still a very active BUKC championship with teams and individuals, all based around club 100 gear, so if / when he goes to uni we might do one or two club 100 rounds just to get a feel for it and then hopefully he gets into the uni kart club and BUKC, would be a shame for all that experience to go to waste. If your lad or lass!! goes to uni, check out the clubs to see if they run a kart club and BUKC entry there are many that do. Overall a team event might be more enjoyable than individual.
