Sounds like you are getting (chain) oil into the clutch, which is quite easy with the Series 7 clutches. Either be more careful with the chain grease or switch to chain wax. The wax is less likely to contaminate the clutch. Unlike the Rotax the BT82 has most torque at low revs so does not benefit from clutch slip.
