At least an 80. My rule of thumb is know where the engine starts to go off and try to get on or just above those revs at the fastest point, then factor in that a tooth is worth about 100 revs. So if you're on an 80 and hitting 5800, but think your engine will happily do 6000, then try an 82. Not an exact science, particularly over bigger differentials, but gets you fairly close.
