76 should be fine to begin with you can always adjust from there but its the circuits baseline recommendation gearing anyway.

It might be worth checking with the circuit this week as i "think" T1 users are allowed to run without restrictors.

I'm afraid i cannot help regarding your setup. I am certain you will find the paddock to be loaded with very friendly owners who will be more than happy to guide you through your day.
