exactly the issue I have. They are not Consistent in the penalties. In one race Massa gets a minor fine, and on the next occasion a drive throu.

Hamilton was punished for going outside the track boundary(i.e the white lines) not for the overtake. But in Singapore Alonso chose to go off the track and overtake rather than queue - result - no penalty - or is it acceptable in the first view corners to overtake when not on the track.

One thing i will say -respect to Sutil, how many times now has he had to avoid other people
