Hi mike, from 2009 onwards EVERY kart has to have CIK crash tested bodywork. You have to find a safe way to fit it or you can't use the chassis! This kart here - http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&ssPageName=STRK:MEWAX:IT&item=120308603004 - he has just cut off the rear "L" bracket on the side bar and re-welded it on further up on the original bar and now the unico sidepods fit fine. You don't need to go and have the chassis changed to take the new bars your allowed to use the old ones. The nassau panel fits easily no need for adjustment. The front bumper goes on with minor adjustments to the fornt bumper "upper" bar, except on some (like mine) the front bumper can rub underneath so you have to set the ride-height up to stop this, but on that eBay kart he just bent the front bar that the front bumper sits on up a little bit (i asked him lol) So it's nothing major! But you'd be better off buying a newer kart with the CIK crash tested stuff on it anyway. Hope this helps Thomas.......
