Isn't half the benefit of NOS it's cooling effect, sure I read that somewhere.

As for the hassle of cooling fuel, our main opposition locally cools his fuel as well as preheating his engine (Honda GX120), he's always quick out the blocks. But rumours of other cheats from him abound.

Anyway we tried it and with all the hassle of constantly emptying and refilling the tank from a can stored in a 12 volt cool box with ice packs, we saw only a small difference, a 10th or so, possibly. Too much hassle and we just felt we were trying too hard, if you know what I mean.
