I've been out of TKM for over a year now but I think it's the first two digits on the code which determined what year the tyre was made in. For example "16" would mean that it was made in 2006 and "17" was made in 2007.

ou can tell the week numbers on them aswell but I don't know how to. I'm sure someone else here does though?
