Interesting to know where will go Rossi next season, surely Honda or Yamaha, before Stoner I would have said Yamaha, because:
1. Lorenzo said he will not be against having Rossi again as team mate
2. Lin Jarvis (Motorsport Yamaha boss) said yes depending on which salary
3. Yamaha cannot get a main sponsor since Rossi left. Rossi is still bringing sponsors (it could be coca cola through monster)
4. Shuhei Nakamoto (Honda boss) said Rossi not an option before Stoner annoucement

Since Stoner announcement Shuhei Nakamoto is now saying Rossi is an option to join the HRC but before knowing couple of things need to be cleared:
1. Where Lorenzo is going next year?
2. Honda / Repsol making pressure to change the rules of having rookies to do their first year in a satelite team. Repsol contract with the HRC expire this year...

My guess
Rossi with Honda
If Lorenzo stays with Yamaha and rookie rule not changed.
Rossi with Yamaha
If Lorenzo leaves Yamaha
Or
If Marquez can go to HRC in its first year

Once Lorenzo sign I am sure we will know more, Yamaha said it will be done in 2 weeks time. To be continued...
