that isnt the result of the crash the UK air accident board investigation published there findings last year . this is the verdict of the fatal accident enquiry ( required by law in scotland) equivilent to your coroners court in england . this enquiry couldnt conclude until the AAIB report was published then the slow wheels of the court system would schedule the fatal accident enquiry in there very full diary. this is why it took 4 years.
