Think that containers get randomly checked, but the criminals are happy enough. They'll take the chance and send, maybe up to 10 at a time to cover their loses, on the off chance that one ot two will be got. Most head to Eastern Europe, China, India etc where they can fetch large ammounts of money. Cars and vans are relatively small change, plant and equipment is where its at for these boys! There's a large market for this in 'emerging' nations where a lot of building work is taking place. The MOD ones might even end up back in Iraq as the UK mission comes to an end.
