True story...
Talking in the pub one night and two of our friends (a married couple) who were both nurses were regaling tales of their experiences in the Accident & Emergency Dep't of our local hospital. They told us how we wouldn't believe the stupid things that people do and the amazing sights that they saw and had to deal with and this led on to them telling us about what some people stick up their bottoms and end up having to come into A & E to get the 'object' removed. They went through a list of items that they have had to 'retrieve' from people's bottoms but said the most incredulous one they ever saw was one where a person actually came into the Dep't with a jar of pickled onions stuck up their @ss!
Now, our friend Daz, who is not the brightest button in the box looked a little puzzled at this and then came out with: "How did they swallow that?"

Now, I'm not sure if what they were saying was true but hey, after a comment like that, who cares!
