What was given as the causes (I say causes because there will not be one single cause) of that poor womans death in the accident report? Did she die of a heavy rear impact from another vehicle hitting her stationary vehicle at high speed causing sufficient serious injuries to bring about her untimely demise or did she die from speed?

You have already said there were temporary lights that she was waiting at, he was playing 'hare' as he was being chased, there was a stationary digger/lorry etc.etc.etc how can these not be factors? They aren't a 'given'!
Who in the right mind does a ton into a 30mph limit when they are on an exercise?
All these are factors as is the speed - the speed is NOT the only factor in this accident so I would counter that what you are talking is total b*ll*cks.
Speed was not the sole cause of that accident, it was a factor - you said yourself "it's NOT the conditions which kill: it's the DRIVER!"
and "Speed DOES KILL and it WAS the S*O*L*E cause in THIS case!"
Make your mind up, which is it - the driver or the speed?
Or is it a combination?
