Exactliment.
So it would then be a battery boost start system not KERS. But it's still only speculation at the moment.
Looking forward to see how it pans out, especially tyres. Pirelli need to do something with the tyre marking though - not very clear at all, probably due to not being a continuous marking. DRS should be available at any time as in quali - no gap timing system, timing lines, stipulated operation zone etc
