I have been thinking for 2 seasons now this is what the red button on the remote is for. If the race gets boring, as it does most times, if enough people hit the red button the drivers get a 90 second warning before the 'rain' begins.
As a driver it would be sh!te, but as a spectator in the comfort of the sofa, great TV.
