I think Moore is very talented and is bloody quick in anything he drives. It is sad however that he has gone down the Palmer route (FPA/F2) as this IMO isn't where drivers learn the skills required for true top level Motorsport. You need to build a relationship with an engineer, and learn how to set up a car that isn't restricted like F2 or FPA was. And in F2 you only get one engineer per 3 cars meaning the drivers don't develop like they would in F3/GP3/WSR. Take Brundle for example, he did FPA and F2 but has made the wise chose of going back to F3 to really learn the ropes.
I can only imagine its a financial thing between Ginetta & Palmer as to Moore's chosen career route. Good luck to him anyhow.
