Driving down a road to a camp site we get bogged in DUST...soft powdery stuff, probably 18" deep.
Note: this is in a big Toyota "trooper" , a big land rover type military truck.
Lowered tyre pressure and all wheels locked etc got us out.
BUT...the next day on the same section of road we cant get back through because it is 3' deep with water !!
Ahh, the Aussie outback, Drought and flood all in one day !
