I do thats just the thing. Im not sure where in the sporting regs its says they can run the bib on the foor or flex the wing end plates to that degree.

Its not about anybody or karter wanting to race f1 its about the message. Its a similar messgae given out when people dope tires or run illegal carb parts or engines etc. What it suggests is that its fine to do all that stuff until you get advised otherwise
