*DOCTOR* Tmoon? I highly doubt that your'e a doctor, firstly because you can't even spell the names of the drugs you've told him to take - diazipan is actually "diazepam"

and also, because what you've told hium to take is on the WADA banned substances list, so if he were to race motor vehicle, kartss/cars, whatever, and was asked to submit a urine sample, he would be BANNED, unless he had an exemption letter from the MSA.

Tmoon, dont try to be something youre not.

Anyway, Doink, I found that sleeping with my little finger in between my teeth helped, because every time you feel the urge to "grind" you end up grinding your finger, and your body will quickly establish that by grinding, you cause yourself damage, and will stop doing it.
