So what do you think classes as management or a manager and should we be happy that there is to be 45% reduction in NHS managers? sounds good perhaps? and after 25 years as a nurse and now manager you think I would be happy - not really, because they havent removed the stuff managers do! (and that needs to go) so the people who 'DO' and are trained clinicians now get the paperwork to shuffle as well. Ahhhhhhh.
But thats ok your friendly GP will sort it for you..(after he has bought his new merc)
So should we expect clinicians to manage as well? cause it seems like a waste of skill to me.
