Red Bulls Christian Horner was quoted ...
"I think if you look at basic studies you would say we are about 3% down on power - which is probably about 30-35bhp," ....Horner is quoted by Autosport.
If 3% is 30-35 bhp, that would imply that Horner thinks full power is 1000+ bhp ???

I think the red liqueur is getting to him. !
