FOR THE LAST TIME, it is NOT ME that takes pleasure from these guys taking risks, it has NOTHING to do with ME! The COMPETITORS take the risk, and they enjoy the RISK because they are THRILL SEEKERS. I DO NOT watch it because I WISH to see people DIE, nor do I try and preach about the DANGERS INVOLVED, because I am JUST a SPECTATOR!! I watch it because it is INCREDIBLE to watch, as I showed with the link to the onboard footage in my last post.

The riders DO NOT take part in the TT FOR the spectators, nor are they FORCED into taking part, they are there because they LOVE the event, and want to ride FAST. WHAT I, YOU, OR ANYONE but the RIDERS think of the event is irrelevant just as my views that Football is a stupid sport are irrelevant!!

You've twisted my words to try and make out as if I WANT to see people die.

'Would YOU want the TKM Festival to continue if you KNEW that AT LEAST one of the drivers would be KILLED this year based on the fact that someone had died at EVERY Tkm Festival in the past for the past THIRTY YEARS???????'

As a spectator of the event I would clearly NOT WANT anyone to be hurt or killed during the event and so I would hope that the people running the event would take all precautions to try and prevent deaths / injuries, but if it was as spectacular to watch as the TT I would still go and watch. As a participant I would push for safety to be improved but I would still compete, probably the same thinking that the TT riders have!

Ian do you want driving your car to work in the morning to continue, knowing that 100 people will die on the roads each day??? I would very much doubt you'd want driving itself to be BANNED even if you cannot do anything about the current death rate!!

I'm not arguing this anymore, i'm bored of repeating myself and you are clearly set in your ways. Go wrap yourself up in cotton wool Ian and continue your crusade of trying to save everyone from themselves, because YOU clearly know BEST!
