5) Cutting-edge gaming with associated hardware support.

Steam and OpenGL rocks. Mac game development has taken several large strides in the last few months.

Your never get the latest hardware granted!

6) CAD/CAM.

VectorWorks

9) Music creation.

At what level?

10) Graphics Design.

Photoshop.

I agree yes for the majority of businesses it would be completely crazy for them to use Mac OS X over Windows. However it is not completely out of the question.
