Surely if this is correct and some punishment did need to be handed out why wasnt it handed to mercedes! rather than the driver. They advised schumacher he could do it so why wasnt schumi dropped back to 7th and the team given a fine or something for not knowing the rules! I think for any other driver this would have been a different outcome.
