Hi Chris,
I don't think we will agree on this one so I'll call it quits.

I don't think I've said Lewis crumbled.

But the difference between Lewis & Jenson in 08 & 09 was
Lewis kept going all out for poles and wins.
Jenson went for playing it safe and went for points. Hence poor qualifying.

Last point:
Teams also make wrong decisions
1. Lewis, China, kept him out too long on tyres.
2. Jenson, Brazil Quali, they should have changed him to inters, but they didn't have time to bring rubins in as well, so they left them both out( they didn't want to give one preference over the other). RB put his lap in early on & squeezed in 10th, JB was in traffic, when he put his laps in the tyres had gone off.

My long winded point is, it's not just the drivers, the teams also feel the pressure.
