So, the basis of your complaint is that posties only get paid Ł3k pa more than admin workers and have to do physical work? The sense of entitlement of British workers is exactly why we have a large contingent of foreign workers.

A labourer on a building site has to do physical work all day every day for just Ł6/hr. A plasterer has to do physical work all day every day for Ł9/hr. An admin worker has to do mentally draining work all day every day for Ł6-7/hr whilst a manager has to do mentally draining work all day every day for Ł11/hr. Pay isn't based on how hard you have to work or how much physical activity is to be undertaken, it is based on the level of responsibility and the level of skills required as well as the availability of suitable candidates within the market.
