I think James D has it pretty spot on, I mean what next the Attorney General breaking a law they themselves passed through parliament? Not sure when I was last fined £5000 for not paying the congestion charge.

I reflected upon the results of S1 this year and came away thinking that in true english fashion is there not a case for their to be moral victories to be awarded. Fairplay to those who have come through to success or near success but are not necesserily part of the establishment. All credit to Simpson and Varley undoubted talents and experts but perhaps they should elevated out of the rankings and perhaps we should recalibrate the top few, then advance those who may been 7th into the top five.
